Sample Reports
In order to assist education programs in the preparation of the reports required throughout the accreditation process, some sample reports are available for review.
NOTE: These reports are samples only. They are a guide to demonstrate how the required information can be structured in an easily understandable way. It is not mandatory to create reports identical to these samples.
